"Exceptional"
The fabulous friendly staff especially the lovely lady on reception who went out of her way to sort me out a takeaway breakfast when she realised I was setting off for a day out with no food due to an early start. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the bar prices were very reasonable . Located close to the bus stop for the old town and a supermarket, I would without doubt stay here again

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived a little bit late but they still offered us dinner despite the restaurant closing soon and waited for us to finish. We were welcomed with smiles and kind words during check in, check out, and every time you crossed a member of the staff. Although the hotel was full and they couldn't offer a late check out the next day, the front day staff still remembered my request and offered to keep my bags and recommended where I could leave them in the old town. Finally, although it's not fine cuisine, both the dinner and breakfast buffets were very generous and very good value for money.

I really appreciate how warmly I was greeted by the hotel staff, namely the receptionist Ivana. Thank you very much. The hotel ticks all the boxes in terms of location for me: a walkable distance to Dubrovnik bus station, Lapad beaches and the old town. The room surpassed my expectation. Not only was it spacious, clean and comfortable, but a good bonus was a balcony which I did not expect. It was lovely and quiet. Delicious breakfast with great choice. I could also leave my luggage in the hotel for the day after I checked out - really helpful.

Schedule did not afford me time for the breakfast but it looked good. Beds comfortable, staff very helpful and professional, super location. Hotel advertises an airport shuttle. My expectation was that shuttle would be directly to and from the hotel. Advertising should be more informative making it known that there is access to the Dubrovnik shuttle with walking and/or public transport required to access shuttle.

The room was spacious and had a balcony which was a lovely surprise, the breakfast was varied and plentiful and the staff were friendly and polite. We had to report an issue with our shower in the bathroom which was resolved very quickly and we were kept informed by the very helpful receptionist. Good free parking facilities.

The property felt like a 4 star hotel. The room was BIG and had plenty of space. The staff were great. Free parking at the hotel for those traveling by car. Breakfast was just about what I needed(changes between people).

Breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were very enjoyable. A wide variety of choices every day. The staff has been really helpful for anything i needed (information regarding taxi or bus, reservation and services in general). The hostel was located near the sea, 10 min by walking. Same goes for restaurants and bars.

The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and all the staff was really nice. There's a bus stop to the old town a few meters from the hotel. It was also very easy to get an uber or a taxi.

"Pleasant"
The location is quite perfect. You can walk around "Babin Kuk", "Dubrava", and "Solitudo" on the sea level and see lovely beaches and ships in the port. The best beach was for us "Uvala Lapad Beach", but "Promenada Lapad" was amazing during the sunset. Don't miss the "Coral Beach Club" and "Copacabana Beach". In the "Marina Frapa Dubrovnik" were nice yachts and on the other side of the ports were visible big holiday ships or "Cruise ships" if you will. It was amazing to see these big giants moving between so many small ships around. Anyway, there's also the mandatory tour to see Dubrovnik City Walls. You can use also the bus. We were using the station "IGRALIT LAPAD", but keep in mind that this stop is on request. (You should push the stop button before the bus reaches the station to stop the bus.) The room was nice and clean and we really enjoyed it. We asked the reception about the possibility of keeping our car in the parking slot after the check-out and it was not a problem. It helps us a lot.

Great option, if you're looking for a good priced solution in Dubrovnik for a night or two. The rooms are huge, the beds comfortable, breakfast very good and they have free parking (garage and in front). The bus stop to the old town is also close by.

The bus to the old city is just a couple of minutes away. It arrives every 10 minutes and cost 2euros. The service is warm and fast. The breakfast was good with variety of cheeses, eggs, meat, bread, cereals, fruits, and more. The room is clean.
